BAHAMUT COMMERCE limits personal data collection to what is necessary to sell sowing seeds, fulfil deliveries, and protect your account.

2. Information collected

• Registration data: display name, email address, and hashed password.
• Order data: shipping address, phone number, line items, and payment choice.
• Support correspondence submitted through Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support.
• Technical metadata such as browser type and IP address for security monitoring.

3. Use of data

• Authenticate sign-in and block duplicate or abusive accounts.
• Allocate inventory, print invoices, and book courier pickups.
• Deliver shipment and delivery-status notifications.
• Retain transaction records required by applicable commercial regulations.

4. Third-party sharing

Logistics partners receive only the details needed to deliver your order. Payment gateways process transaction tokens; full card numbers are not stored on our servers.

5. Your controls

Update profile fields from your account dashboard or email bahamutcommerce@gmail.com. Marketing messages, when sent, include an opt-out link.
